Griffin talks about the #1 search at YouTube. He talks about Google getting ready to release GDrive for Google Apps. Griffin then talks about Dell thinking about releasing a smartphone but what OS will it use? Google Android or Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 OR WHAT?! He talks about Windows Mobile 6.5 may get debuted at Mobile World Conference in Barcelona, Spain. Griffin then goes crazy about Acer releasing a smartphone on Feb. 16th too - crazy world. He also talks about how Peter Skillman (VP of Design at Palm) is so giddy about the Palm Pre and kind of knocks Nokia N95 8GB.

I've experienced the worse customer support issues with Dell next to Charter Communications for my high speed Internet. Why on earth would I want to buy a cell phone made by Dell when I'd be worried about something going wrong and several weeks worth of back and fourth BS from Support?
Didn't Dell recently rank one of the top 10 worse companies for Support?
